Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to own the big picture for our clients.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, performance, and client partnership. You’ll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, aligning cross-channel execution, and ensuring every initiative ties back to revenue, CAC, MER and LTV among others.

You’re not just reporting on performance, you’re driving it.

What You’ll Do

1. Own Client Growth Strategy

  • Build and lead monthly and quarterly growth plans
  • Identify opportunities across Paid Media, Email/SMS, Amazon, and CRO
  • Translate data into clear, actionable strategy

2. Drive Performance Across Channels

  • Partner with Paid Media, Email, Creative, and Dev teams
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall growth goals
  • Monitor KPIs (CAC, MER, ROAS, LTV) and adjust strategy accordingly

3. Lead Client Communication

  • Act as a strategic partner to clients (not just an account manager)
  • Present insights, recommendations, and performance updates
  • Maintain proactive, clear, and fast communication

 

4. Analyze & Optimize

  • Review performance data across all channels
  • Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
  • Continuously test and iterate on growth initiatives

5. Execute High-Level Initiatives

  • Launch new growth experiments (offers, funnels, channels)
  • Guide creative direction based on performance insights
  • Support scaling strategies for high-performing campaigns

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years in eCommerce, growth, or performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of:

    • Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok)
    • Email/SMS marketing (Klaviyo preferred)
    • Funnel strategy and conversion optimization

Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking (comfortable with dashboards & data)
  • Ability to connect dots across multiple channels
  • Clear and confident communication (client-facing)
  • Strategic mindset with execution awareness
