About the Role

We’re looking for an AI Agent Builder who can help us design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows across our agency.

This role is not just about experimenting with AI - it’s about actually implementing systems that save time, improve output quality, and scale operations.

You’ll work closely with our operations, marketing, and fulfillment teams to turn repetitive processes into automated, intelligent workflows.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and deploy AI agents for internal workflows
  • Automate repetitive tasks across reporting, QA, and project management
  • Integrate tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Openclaw Zapier/Make, APIs, ClickUp, etc.
  • Improve and optimize existing workflows using AI
  • Identify opportunities where AI can increase efficiency or output quality
  • Document systems and create simple SOPs for team usage

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience building AI agents or automations (not just theory)

  • Strong understanding of tools like:

    • OpenAI / GPT workflows
    • Claude
    • Openclaw
    • Zapier / Make (or similar automation tools)
    • APIs and integrations
  • Experience working with marketing or agency workflows is a big plus
  • Ability to think in systems and processes (not just tasks)
  • Strong problem-solving skills - you can figure things out without constant direction
  • Clear communicator (you can explain what you built and why)

 

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with ClickUp, Klaviyo, Shopify, or ad platforms
  • Experience building multi-step or multi-agent systems
  • Prompt engineering or LLM optimization experience
