Role Overview

We are looking for an Amazon Ads Specialist to manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns across multiple eCommerce brands.

This role is ideal for someone who is both data-driven and proactive, with a strong understanding of Amazon’s ad ecosystem and a focus on driving profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
  • Monitor performance metrics (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and make data-driven decisions
  • Scale winning campaigns while improving efficiency and reducing wasted spend
  • Launch new campaigns, test creatives, and iterate based on performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Paid Media, Creative, Client Success) for strategy alignment
  • Provide clear reporting and insights to internal team and clients
  • Identify growth opportunities within the Amazon channel

  • Improved ROAS and reduced ACOS across accounts
  • Consistent campaign optimization and scaling of top performers
  • Clear, proactive communication and reporting
  • Ability to spot and act on growth opportunities quickly

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience managing Amazon Ads
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central / Advertising Console
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills (clear, direct, no fluff)
  • Experience working with eCommerce brands is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing multiple accounts or agency experience
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
  • Understanding of full Amazon ecosystem (listings, SEO, conversion optimization)
