About the Role

We’re looking for a Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads) who can take ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and performance across Facebook and Instagram.

You’ll be working closely with our internal team to drive acquisition, improve efficiency, and scale winning campaigns.

 

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) end-to-end
• Launch, test, and scale campaigns based on performance data
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing (creative, copy, audiences, offers)
• Monitor KPIs such as CAC, MER, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Analyze performance and provide clear, actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative and copy teams to improve ad performance
• Ensure campaigns align with client goals and growth strategy
• Stay up to date with Meta Ads trends, updates, and best practices

 

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for eCommerce brands
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and eCommerce funnels
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on metrics
• Experience managing multiple accounts or clients
• Strong communication skills (clear, concise, no fluff)
• Ability to move fast while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience with tools like Shopify, Triple Whale and Google Analytics is a plus

• Campaigns are launched and optimized with minimal supervision
• Consistent improvement in key metrics (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate)
• Proactive communication and reporting of performance insights
• Ability to identify winning strategies and scale them effectively
